Issue: the conditions that attach to the registration itself. Rule: section 40 confines a salesperson to one estate agent at a time, both for registration and for acting. The Estate Agency Work Regulations require the estate agent card to be displayed upon the person at all times when carrying out estate agency work and produced on reasonable request, with a fine of up to $10,000 or six months for failing to do so.
