Terms of Service

RESPrep provides practice questions, worked explanations, timed mock exams and progress tracking aligned to the public CEA RES examination syllabus. The Service is provided for study purposes only.

RESPrep is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) or any official examination body. All practice questions are original study material written to match the public syllabus — they are not actual CEA past papers. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Premium access is sold as a one-time pass, paid in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. A pass grants full access for a fixed window — 30 days for the 1-month pass, 90 days for the 3-month pass, and 180 days for the 6-month pass — after which access simply expires. There is no auto-renew and no further charge: your payment method is charged only once per purchase.

You do not need to cancel anything — access ends automatically at the close of your window. Buying another pass extends your access, adding its days on top of whatever time remains. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to future purchases only.

Members who subscribed under our earlier auto-renewing plans continue under those original recurring terms until they cancel from their dashboard ("Manage billing"), at which point access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may use the Service for your own personal exam preparation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly share the question content, share your account, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. The content is protected by intellectual property rights and remains our property.

The Service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Study material may contain errors and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying current laws, regulations and CEA requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESPrep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
