RES Exam Schedule, Dates & Registration (2026)

The RES examination is run three times a year — typically in March, July, and October/November. It is administered by NTUC LearningHub (LHUB) on behalf of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). Seats are limited, so registering early matters.

1. Complete an approved RES course and hold a valid Certificate of RES Course Completion by the stipulated date.
2. Submit an Indication of Interest during the registration window (via GovEntry).
3. If shortlisted, LHUB contacts you to complete registration and payment on its portal.
4. Sit the exam on the scheduled dates, then await results.

• Full examination (Paper 1 + Paper 2): ~S$408.55
• Single-paper retake: ~S$250.70

Figures as currently published — confirm with NTUC LearningHub before relying on them.

• Two papers, each 2.5 hours
• Section A: 60 MCQs (60 marks)
• Section B: 20 MCQs based on 1–2 case studies (40 marks)
• Pass mark: 60% per paper

RES examination results are typically released about 4 to 6 weeks after the exam, depending on candidate numbers.
